You must be a second-year student with 18 on-campus credit hours and a 2.0 GPA to live in the French Quarter..
Properties may be co-ed which also means there are no visitation rules or curfews.
No meal plan required, which means we can offer properties at a lower price (meal plans can still be purchased though if you want one!).
Financial aid can be applied to these properties.
The properties are VU maintained and there is someone available 24 hours a day to speak to about issues that arise in your property.
Trash service, water service, and electric are included in costs.
Internet is included. Residents must provide for their own cable and phone if they so desire.
Apartments include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer. Bedroom and Living Room furniture are not provided.
Campus police patrols area to ensure safety to students.
Contract differences allow you to move in and out at your pace; contracts run from August 1 to May 31.
French Quarter deposits are $475. If you have a current housing deposit on file, it can be transferred over to cover part of the deposit for a property.
Close enough to campus to walk to class.
