OUR MISSION

The Technical Opportunities Service (TOpS) Center at Vincennes University was established to help promote technical opportunity through educational collaboration. The primary goal of the TOpS Center is to connect students and workers with technical training programs which lead to skills enhancement, increased productivity and profit for you.

While VU offers over 200 associate degree programs and works continually to implement new technical programs, the TOpS Center is a catalyst for speeding up and bringing focus to this process.
