The NCPACE program enables sailors assigned to Navy sea duty UIC’s to receive tuition-free college courses. Orientation services are conducted by Navy College Office staff which provides the first opportunity for sailors to request enrollment in an NCPACE course.

Once sailors are approved for their desired courses, registration and textbook sells will be conducted by the NCPACE contractor.

All DL-NCPACE institutions are regionally accredited and are SOCNAV affiliated ensuring program integrity and providing sailors the opportunity to transfer credits and complete degrees more readily. 

Now you can easily pursue your degree in Vincennes University’s' Law Enforcement Program while shipboard. Using up-to-date CD Rom technology, classes are available at your convenience while at sea. You determine the time and place using the innovative and flexible resources of Vincennes University and your Navy College Office.
