The effective catalog (degree requirements) for a student is the current catalog for the first semester for which the student has registered for class at Vincennes University. That catalog remains effective for the student unless the student doesn't register in at least one class within a period of sixteen months. The program coordinator and program director may agree to extend the sixteen-month period for a particular student in case of emergency or hardship, thereby allowing the student to keep the original effective catalog.
