Vincennes University recognizes academic excellence of its students by awarding the associates degree with three levels of honors based on overall grade point average: Cum Laude (3.50-3.69), Magna Cum Laude (3.7 - 3.89) and Summa Cum Laude (3.90-4.00). Military students must complete at least 15 semester hours of Vincennes University course credits with the prescribed grade point averages to be eligible for degree honors.
