Vincennes University expects students to attend all sessions of the classes in which they are enrolled. This policy supports Vincennes University's philosophy that students benefit most from the offered courses through proper and adequate class attendance. In-class discussions, oral presentations and practice of group work and cooperation in and outside class sessions are a valuable part of the college learning environment.

Students are directly responsible to the instructor for class attendance and for work missed during an absence for any cause. Lack of attendance or lack of effort in general will result in an "F" grade for the course.
