1. $20 application fee (To pay by credit card)
2. Transcript of high school record or results of GED test (Ask your high school counselor to FAX (812-888-5707) or forward this information via Docufide).
3. VU Accuplacer exam for all Health Science majors.

SAT and ACT scores are not required for admissions, however; scores from these tests are used for scholarship consideration.

All students are required to take the Accuplacer test before you can register for classes.
